Glendale:

151. (Bell Rd & 67th Ave) Parent is in immediate need of care provider for her 13-year-old daughter before and after school (early morning and afternoons on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Her daughter has a rare chromosomal abnormality that has affected her cognitive and physical development. She is mobile, very social, outgoing, loves people, games and the computer. 165. (67th & 101) Do you love long walks in the rain?  Do you enjoy art projects and reading?  If so, you just might be perfect for our team!  Our family of 5 is looking for someone with experience to help us rebuild our therapy team after moving to the area.  Our oldest son (4) is high functioning, but still requires some help with imaginative play, self regulation, behavior management, self help skills, and turn taking.  Our 3 year old is incorporated into much of the therapy time in order to facilitate social goals.  Both boys are loving, energetic, and look forward to time with our providers.  We would love to find someone to work weekends (times flexible), mornings, and late afternoon/evenings (around 6-8).  We also have a need for an occasional respite provider, and would love it if our hab provider was willing to do a little respite here and there during normal hab hours so that we (the parents) can run errands.  We will be moving mid January, and I'm ready to start setting up interviews.  I'd look forward to talk with you (or email with you!) ASAP to see if we are a good match.

216. (47th Ave & Thunderbird) Are you a college age female who loves kids and is looking for work close to ASU West?  You are in luck as we are looking for an ABA provider for our sweet 4 y/o son who was just diagnosed with autism but also has a history of epilepsy and CP.  He is non verbal but can walk and self feed with minimal assistance.  He is in preschool M-Th from 8-3 so will need someone available afternoons/early evenings and weekends plus more flexible hours in the summer.  We prefer a non smoking female who is dependable and willing to work on self help skills and communication.  He has hours available of respite and habilitation.

Occasional respite hours are available as needed. My son is 5 years old and is high functioning autism.
