  3. Please note: these are only some of the clients that are in need.  If there are no clients listed in your area or if you would like more names, please contact Sony and you will receive a match list for your area.

Southeast Valley:

Higley:

102. (Recker/Guadalupe) 18 year-old, verbal, outgoing, friendly young man with Autsim is looking for a  HAB/RSP provider preferably young man or older man that can help him learn appropriate social male behavior and work on his social skills.

Gilbert:

144. (Elliot & Val Vista) We are looking for a respite provider for weekday mornings, but we are very flexible. Our daughter has Rett Syndrome, walks, does need assistance with eating, drinking, bathing and bathroom. (Please note that lifting 48 pounds will be required.)

222. (Cooper/Elliot)  Looking for a Hab/Respite Provider for my 11 year old daughter with Autism. She is high-functioning and very verbal, she is mostly working on how to approach people, start a conversation, get assistance when she needs it, make friends, etc.  Mostly after school/evenings an occasional additional evening.

Mesa:

76. (Greenfield @ Brown) 7-year-old boy who is highly functioning and completely verbal needs a respite and a habilitation provider. He is very interested in science and learning about anything and everything. He enjoys bike riding, swimming, art, and playing at the park. Hours needed: Wednesday afternoons ASAP and all other days and times are very flexible.

111. (Crismon/Guadalupe) 3 yr. old, nonverbal autistic girl, functioning very well working on basic preschool activities. Looking for a provider with an open mind, who brings ideas and eager to work with a fun girl. Looking for afternoons to early evenings, 3 to 4 times a week.

118: (Crismon/Guadalupe) Looking for someone to work with our nearly nine year old son, who has moderate autism. He is high energy, but is great to work with. Very verbal and able to communicate his needs. We need someone to work with him on social skills and life skills.  We are looking for someone full time days, through the middle of August. Then some afternoons and some weekends.

Ahwatukee:

18. (Ray & Thunderhill) We need a habilitation and/or respite provider for our 7 year old daughter on Thursdays and Fridays after school. Our daughter is high functioning and is a delight to work with.

133. (Ray/McClintock) 2 yr old boy with autism. He is high functioning, verbal and very sweet in nature. He's great fun and needs and energetic, fun habilitator who is passionate about kids and is interested in making a difference in his life. We need someone M-F between the hours of 12-6pm and Sat/Sun Mornings. 

139. (Gilbert & Riggs) 6 yr old boy with Autism. He is non-verbal but extremely high functioning, very intelligent, adorable and sweet with no behaviors. Looking for a Habilitation provider with experience working with children in an ABA or similar structured environment like an LEP classroom, etc. Familiarity with Aug Com device a plus. Great opportunity for an experienced provider to work with a very motivated family and Team which includes supervision and training by a Master Level ABA supervisor. Please contact us for hours.

145. (Ray & 46th Pl): 6-year-old boy who is highly functioning with Autism and verbal needs Habilitation/Respite provider. He enjoys bike riding, swimming, art, and playing at the park. Hours needed: Week day evenings between 4 - 9pm and could skip one or two week days. Prefer a female provider.

148. (40th St. & Chandler Blvd) High-functioning, 11-year-old girl with ASD. Happy and very fun loving. Artistic and computer savvy. Attends the 5th grade. We are seeking Hab and Respite provider for after school and on weekends. We have had excellent experience with our Hab and respite providers, and truly appreciate the help.

Chandler:

149. (McQueen & Fry Rd) We are looking for a respite provider to work evenings from 4:00pm to 7:00pm to keep him occupied for dinner, and help with feeding and calm down for bath and Sundays from 9:00pm to 11:00pm.
