Below is a list of documents that belong in your Hope Group file, and become Hope Group property once you submit them to us:

• Employment application
• Reference letters/forms
• CPR/1st Aid cards (if you take the classes at Hope Group or submit your cards for reimbursement)
• ABA training certificate
• Article 9 test and training certificate
• Health & Safety test
• Performance reviews
• Any copies of documents that we make or you give us (SS card, drivers license, fingerprint card, 1st Aid card, CPR card)
• Any forms that you submit and/or complete during orientation

The only document that we will give to you is your fingerprint clearance card. This will be mailed when we receive it from DES.
